GeoSoils LLC is a full service environmental and geological company formed in 1986 to meet the needs of development industries in Virginia. GeoSoils serves clients in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Rappahannock, Orange, Prince William, Loudoun, Spotsylvania, and other surrounding counties.
Through assistance to developers, financial institutions, the legal profession and individual homeowners, GeoSoils has performed Feasibility Studies, Soil Evaluations, Drainfield Designing, Inspections, and both Drainfield & Well Permits for major subdivisions, estates, commercial properties, vineyards, and individual homeowners for over 38 years within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
